- We are moving! As of 01.04.25, the bunzenlab has moved to the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg. There are bachelor, master and doctoral positions available!

- Our recent work on kinetic trapping of noble gases in MOFs has been published.
- Hana Bunzen was selected to join the Early Career Advisory Board of the journal Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers.
- Qihan Sha has joined the group as a master student. She is going to work on MOFs for biomedical applications.

- Hana Bunzen gave a talk at the 35. Deutsche Zeolith-Tagung in Jena (28.02.-01.03.2024). In her talk she entitiled the applications of MOF nanoparticles as imaging agents in medicine.
- Hana Bunzen gave a talk as an invited speaker at the International Symposium on Porous Organic Polymers at the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) in Saudi Arabia (12.-14.02.2024). In her talk she entitiled the applications of MOF nanoparticles in medicine.
- Emeline Crouzatier has joined the group as a doctoral student. She is going to work on MOFs for applications in MRI. Welcome Emeline!

- Christoph Jilg successfully defended his master thesis dealing with the synthesis of new azolate MOFs. Congrats!
- Hana Bunzen visited Prof. C. Serre and gave a plenary talk about 'MOFs and their biomedical applications' at the French MOFs, COFs and porous polymers conference in Paris, 23.-24.05.2023.
- Hana Bunzen took part in the 3rd Lindau Online Sciathon (innovative applications in medical research, 28.-30.04.2023) as a project lead.
- Our review: Chemical stability of metal-organic frameworks for applications in drug delivery, was recognized by Wiley as a top downloaded and cited article!
- Joyce Tam Teon successfully defended her bachelor thesis on MOFs for applications in MRI. Congrats!
